What We Do

What we do, and how we do it.

Practical engagements built around your organization's actual challenges — not off-the-shelf curricula.

Fractional Engagement

Fractional Chief Culture Officer

Many organizations need senior culture leadership but are not ready — or do not need — a full-time executive hire. A Fractional CCO gives you the strategic depth and hands-on execution of an experienced culture architect, embedded within your team on a part-time basis.

This is not consulting at arm's length. It is showing up in the room, at the table, with your leaders — week over week — to do the actual work of building a high-performing culture.

5 Voices for Teams

The 5 Voices Leader Academy is a leadership development program designed to empower team leaders, first-time leaders, and managers by teaching them to leverage the power of the 5 Voices framework. This program enables leaders to communicate more effectively, align their teams, and lead with clarity and influence.

Who is it for?

  • Aspiring Leaders: Develop core leadership skills early in your career.
  • Experienced Leaders: Refine your leadership style and boost your effectiveness.
  • Team Leaders & Managers: Improve team dynamics, communication, and collaboration.
  • Executives: Build a leadership culture that fosters trust, engagement, and growth.

What problems does it solve?

The academy addresses the challenge of leading people effectively by using the 5 Voices as a communication and leadership tool. At its core, the program follows GiANT Worldwide's Sherpa Model, symbolizing that the healthiest leaders must guide their teams "up the mountain," or toward success. The academy provides practical strategies to become the healthiest version of yourself so you can lead your team with strength and confidence.

How does it work?

The 5 Voices Leader Academy is designed as an immersive academy model, perfect for 10 to 50 team leaders. Participants go through a six-part journey that systematically teaches the principles of the 5 Voices, improves leadership self-awareness, and helps leaders create stronger, more aligned teams.

The six sessions

Session #1

Discovering Your Leadership Voice

This foundational workshop introduces relational intelligence and the team flywheel, framing self-awareness as the starting point for team performance. Participants take the Five Voices assessment, work through each voice to identify their foundational voice by nature, and leave with one personal insight to develop.

Session #2

The Power of Your Voice

This session goes deeper into the positive and negative sides of each voice, introducing the tendency log as a daily tool for turning self-awareness into behavior change. Participants explore the unique superpowers of each voice as well as how each voice tends to show up under stress, then look at what happens on a team when a voice is over- or under-represented.

Session #3

Becoming a Leader Worth Following

This workshop centers on how trust and influence actually get built, teaching the influence model of character, chemistry, competency, and credibility, and showing how each voice tends to establish trust in a different order. It also introduces the support and challenge matrix and each voice's nemesis dynamics, helping teams understand what it feels like to be led by, or to lead, someone with a different voice.

Session #4

Relational Dynamics

This session focuses on communication as the engine of collaboration, teaching the Communication Code (celebration, care, clarification, collaboration, critique) and running a team through an active listening audit. It closes with liberation statements for each voice and a set of team meeting rules of engagement designed to give quieter voices room to contribute.

Session #5

Optimizing Personal Performance

This workshop reinforces that individual health drives team performance, using quick check-ins like the Hope Meter and Peace Index alongside the Five Gears tool to build intentionality around work and rest. It ends with a Build a Bridge exercise that helps future-oriented and present-oriented voices align around a shared vision.

Session #6

Building Leaders Worth Following

The final workshop names the specific behaviors that quietly drain a team, including acting without intention, missing voices on the team, not going directly to the source of an issue, unclear communication, and a lack of discretion. Teams rank which of these affect them most, build an action plan, and close the series by celebrating personal and team growth.

Culture Shaping Leadership Workshop Series

A structured, sequential engagement that moves an organization from defining culture on paper to building the habits that sustain it — session by session.

Phase One — Foundation
Workshop 1

Define what culture is and how it's created.

Culture is the result of what a team tolerates, celebrates, repeats, and rewards — not what's written on the wall.

Workshop 2

Apply

How your people think, act, and interact — especially when leadership isn't in the room, or the pressure is on. Your organization's core values, worked through this framework.

Phase Two — The Five C's
Workshop 3

An overview of the Five C's — the operating framework that carries culture from a defined idea into a daily practice.

WS 4–5Confront

Naming the gap between the culture the organization wants and the culture it actually has.

WS 6–7Coach

Equipping leaders to close that gap in the moments that matter most — not just in the workshop room.

WS 8Calibrate

Aligning the team around a shared standard, so culture reads the same way at every level.

WS 9–10Challenge

Raising the bar and stretching leaders toward the next level of ownership.

WS 11Celebrate

Reinforcing what's working, so it becomes what gets repeated.
